The guy at the counter was so nice, he read me the sides options. The chicken was really tasty and moist, and the potatoes and gravy was good.But very impressed with the nice people who work there.

My order somehow came out wrong (I kind of think it was my fault and I told them this) and they were like no problem whisked the wrong food away gave me what I wanted plus some extra. They were so sweet during the whole experience. Thetall man in blue shirt (I think the manager) knew how to handle his crew. He was awesome. And the older man at the drivethrough knew everyone it seemed liked and also seemed liked everyone loved him. Best bojangles customer service ever!

Sadly, on my recent visits, I've often had to return food, correct my orders, or even cancel them altogether.
