Alternatively it would be a nice bike ride stop from any of the other surrounding towns and villages. We only went for a couple of beers and wine, not for eating. A quick glance at the menu however and you can get the usual German Vesper options. Try the maibock beer (may not be the right spelling), it 's served in a stone mug and throw quite a punch. Great place for kids too to run around in the grass or playground provided. The grounds used to be a flour mill and bakery, some of the old buildings have been maintained adding to the feel.

I had carved with pommes and extra salat .much too expensive for what was delivered. the carvings were of consistency and taste as if they were heated by the day before and in the microshaft .no trace of crispy panade, as they imagine it from a carving. the salat imaginary. very bad. we were there for the first time, and it will probably have been the last.
