Our waitress seemed inexperienced, non attentive... read more This was our second visit from AZ. Unfortunately, this visit did not come close to our first dining experience. Our waitress seemed inexperienced, non attentive as a server and she really put a damper on things. I 'm sure Chef Tyler would have been appalled by the plating, and temperatures of our meal. We even allowed to shift our reservation to accommodate over bookings. The food and service were really not at a level we anticipated, or expected. Did we have too high expectations??? In addition, when I made the reservation through Open Table, I noted it was a special occasion. But nobody at the restaurant knew, or acknowledged the reason for our visit. Having said all that, we would still come back. We love the menu, Chef Tyler, Nicole and the edgy blonde bartender (name??? We understand everyone can have an off day. I just hope the next time we visit, Plate is on the upswing! Congratulations to Chef Tyler on his Chopped competition. We continue to be impressed by this young mans character and culinary skills.
