The mousaka was made with CO elk and not too heavy or oily (as mousaka can be). The scallops were perfectly cooked and a generous portion. My son wished the turkey on his turkey sandwich had been warm but the GF bun was fresh and the polenta sticks were a great change. And the service was excellent, which is not always the case.
