My family and I also come to Gata Thai for food as we are locals and finally decided to review it. I honestly don't have a problem with the place but I need to be honest. First the food quality is really good. Mainly we get takeaways, where I usually get the crying tiger or cashew nut chicken as they are both really good. The fried ice cream is really delicious as well. The room isn't as spacious and really small with tables crammed together. Also the staff are okay. Some can barely understand English which makes it really difficult to order and some staff are a bit impatient. Though for the food I wish the open hours were longer. We came her as a family to enjoy dinner.However if you want rude service,uncooked food and hair in your food the come here.The service was terrible and all staff were very rude.We were served uncooked vegetables and when we informed them they did nothing.We also found hair in our food.Would not recommend again.
