Mcdonald's - Dunnville

I had a terrible experience with the service. I was parked in bay 2 for about 10 minutes. When I asked the young lady if everything was in the bag and repeated my order, she confirmed it was correct. However, when I got home, I discovered that I had been charged for four Hasch-Brauens, but I only received two.

I found that the McDonald's app doesn't work very well, so we were unable to place our order in advance. Instead, we ordered at the kiosk inside the restaurant. However, I must say that the staff and service were very good. The burgers and fries were freshly made. Unfortunately, the spilled fries around us and the glass surfaces of the restaurant were quite messy, which left me concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I regret having to share this unpleasant experience.

What a nightmare! I ordered 6 speck and a McMuffin, and after 9 minutes, the service was still lacking. It felt like a distracted child was handling my order. I had to ask for my order multiple times. Overall, very poor service.

My man and I wanted to take us a bit before a long trip for our trip now that it is open around the clock. we're here at 2 o'clock, and we said we couldn't command 10 minutes. we said that was good and said we were waiting. we sat in the car for 15 minutes and no one told us anything. my man said and said: can we order now? the man who works said no and my man answered, okay. you know when we can? and the guy answered by saying: no, I have no answer for you. so we went to the end. the worker was extremely rude and did not answer. we've been sitting there for 15 minutes. a terrible service. shows the worst mcdonalds I've ever had.

...The Dunnville McDonalds has never been great. In the past few years it has improved, but you still get the occasional Where is the salt on these fries? . They usually have friendly service but it depends on the day. Also the new smoothie things they added aren 't great. All in all, they are just a normal fast food place and it 's the only nearby McDonalds. But maybe the new management will help.
