We were pleasantly surprised to discover t... read more On our journey from Crystal River to Gainesville, we decided to stop at one of our favorite restaurants in Dunnellon. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was their first day reopening after a six-week renovation. We were so glad to find them open, and they certainly did not disappoint. They've also changed their hours; I believe she mentioned they are now open from 2 PM to 8 PM.

The wait staff was friendly and took good care of all of us, although it seemed a bit understaffed during our visit. When our food arrived, it looked delicious and tasted even better. The kids ordered a 16-inch Meat Lovers Pizza, while I went with the Ye Old Sub. Overall, we had a great meal and it was quite affordable compared to where I live. On our way out, I spoke with the owner and his wife, who mentioned that they had just taken over the restaurant less than a year ago. I was really impressed and wish them all the best!
