The food was very good. The waitress was friendly and professional, but worked herself. Hostess/Seater-Cashier was able to learn how to smile and cordially for customers who do not know them, but responded to request. Not sure if I would recommend anyone who is not a local. View all feedback.

This review is based on my opinion and is a result of our visit to this establishment on July 2, 2022. It?s not bad but in my opinion the food is very institutional. Biscuits and gravy tasted, in my opinion, as if it was powdered from a bag. Hash browns tasted like frozen potato shavings that were loaded with seasoning salt to give flavor. We were seated right away when we walked in. The food was excellent and tasted like it was cooked with care. I ordered my food and it arrived promptly. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The bill ended up being much more affordable than we had anticipated.
Citrus Grill was a pleasant surprise. From the outside, it appeared rundown and questionable, but the house-cooked food inside was fantastic. The restaurant was spacious and busy, with a varied menu and the most delicious sweet tea I've ever had. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I was thrilled and eager to return. Don't judge a book by its cover - the western decor inside was inviting, and the waitresses were attentive. Overall, a satisfying experience that I highly recommend trying.
This place is amazing! We tried the Long Branch Salad, Garden Salad with grilled shrimp, Shrimp Po-Boy (1 page), and today I had the country Fried Steak with two sides (potatoes and green beans). Everything we tasted was delicious! If you haven't been here before, you must try it!
Another great breakfast at the Citrus Cafe. Her omelets are huge and delicious. We always get great service, but they are very busy on weekends, so please be patient. You have great lunch, and on Friday after 4 they have PRIME RIB! It was Debbies' birthday yesterday, so here's a picture and some other pictures of the place. Thanks Amanda (aka Ami), Kari and Cara
The Citrus Grill is an absolute must if you are in Dunnellon. The food is AMAZING!! The prices are wonderfully inexpensive especially for the amount of food you get. The staff are always friendly!
