I recommend if you decide to go to this KFC to not take anything they say as legit because they will say one thing, and then they will do another. Do not recommend wasting your time at this establishment. Rude and unprofessional would go somewhere else.

I go to KFC usually at night time around 6 to 10pm, and some nights are usually ok, but I do be miss... read more Welll well, KFC is at it again. A typical dinner time mess. I go to KFC usually at night time around 6 to 10pm, and some nights are usually ok, but I do be missing items occasionally and then get the wrong chicken. I prefer original over crispy and usually get all dark meat.So on 2/19, a Monday night around 7pm..I go to KFC in Dunn, and guess what? They out of chicken, and it will be a 15 min wait. I don't blame the cook or workers. I myself blame the manager or supervisor on duty cause they should have caught when the chicken was running low. This is not the first for me and I know there are others out there. I did see prior time this happened, and the new Managment Team was brought in then everything was OK. Now it's starting again. When is this going to change? Is KFC known for the original Chicken, not biscuits and vegetables, for dinner. I usually do take out and spend $30-$50 a night. Please do something. If this location needs help then by all means..Please assist them.

The chicken was dark like it had been under a heat lamp, too long.I wished I had checked my bag before I left because I would've gotten a refund.The traffic was very congested so I didn't turn around to go back.This was my first and last time getting food from this location. I called the store to ask for a manager, but it was a fail...the call goes straight to voice mail.I wasted my money paid 21 .Never again. The owner needs to check on his or her store before they go out of buisness.
