Subway has relocated to a fantastic new spot next to Walmart, and it looks incredible! The atmosphere is modern and inviting. The new staff members are very attentive, which was a refreshing change from other reviews mentioning order mistakes. They carefully prepared my sandwiches, making this one of the best Subway locations I've ever visited. The menu offers great variety, adding to the overall excellent experience.
The bread is always fresh every time I visit! Unlike other places, it’s never stale.
I called the restaurant to explain what had happened with my order, and the employee I spoke to told me that since the vegetables were on my order ticket, she had made the sandwich correctly and couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement unless I paid for it again. I found out that when ordering online, they automatically include nearly every vegetable available in the sandwich, which was really frustrating. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important in this situation. Having been in customer service for several years, I know what good service should look like. Unfortunately, my experience that day was far from acceptable, and I was disappointed that no one offered to help me. I ended up spending $17 on food I couldn't eat, which feels particularly disheartening, especially given the issue of food insecurity. I wish they would treat their customers better. I used to work at Subway when I was younger, and I always aimed to provide better service than what I experienced. If this is how they treat their customers now, I won’t be going back.
