I've been to this location a few times. The first time was when they first opened and the donuts weren't great but subsequent visits have been great. Went in today and service was fantastic. View all feedback. What Drew V doesn't like about Dunkin':
The restaurant is in disarray. Tickets are piled up and employees are not attending to them. They repeatedly asked for my order instead of checking the monitors and receipts. I asked for my bagel to be toasted multiple times with no acknowledgment. They gave it to me claiming it was toasted, but it wasn't. It took ten minutes to get a coffee and bagel because they couldn't coordinate customer orders. They even served... View all feedback.
