It also says it?s locally owned so hate that the owner is walking around our town not reading these reviews (a lot of negative reviews) or fixing this store. We stopped in foran evening coffee which for two mediums cost us almost $11 (no military discount). The mediums probably had about 8 oz ofcoffee in them. The taste was average. I think we have lost sight of how cheap coffee is to make and somehow ruined the coffeeindustry by overpricing and under delivering. If given the choice I?d get the $2 large coffee at Wawa across the street.

Everyone in that store works in slow motion, It takes 30 minutes to even take your order. Then you wait at the window for 20 minutes. Customer service is worse. 9 out of the last 11 trips my order was messed up and the wait time was 10+ minutes to get a cold brew. Donuts are never fresh. Cold brew is weak. Staff has no clue how to make a simple drink. Iwill never return.

However, there should be no reason that you have to wait 30 minutes or more in the drive thru. The drive thru is also poorly designed because once you are in line there is noway to escape because it?s blocked off. Every time I come, I try to give the benefit of doubt but each time the wait is long ashell. Today was my last time trying.
