Domino's Pizza Mosgiel - Dunedin

Ordered instore and was served by a kid looked no older than 10. He kept on mucking up my order then asked for my name and took about 5 minutes to get that right too. Very pathetic service, placed order at 5.40 expecting delivery time 6.05, ,at 7.15 recieved call,and asking are you still at home? We are on the way to delivery....I don't what I have to say

This should actually be zero Stars. Still waiting for our delivery from Sunday night (our family Mother's Day meal, which was paid for at the time of order). Last known contact was the tracker app half an hour after it was due to be delivered. No contact from the store, no answer when phoning the store (now phoned over a dozen times since then, it just rings for a minute or so then hangs up), and I have now left a message with the corporate team with a 48 hour turn around. NOT HAPPY Updated after receiving initial contact with a ho-hum response and no further responses to my questions. I still don't know what happened to the pizzas. I was hoping for a more favourable outcome but unfortunately my review still stands
