Buddha Stix - Dunedin

We tried the tofu satay and the vegan 'Tuck' curry. Both dishes had wonderful aromas and were quite sweet, but the tofu satay had very few pieces of tofu, and neither dish had much flavor at all. However, they were served in large portions.

There are plenty of excellent vegan options, and I was really impressed by the vegan duck curry! It is on the pricier side, but it's a fantastic spot for group outings.

The spring rolls are the best I've ever tasted, and the curry is both intriguing and delicious.

Very nicely styled restaurant. Food was delicious, I doubt you could go wrong. The menu is meant to have a 'v ' next to anything that can be made vegan, but they haven 't put it next to everything. Due to this you need to keep asking the waiter if something can or cannot be made vegan hopefully they will fix this. We had the Tofu Satay and Vegan Duck Red Curry, so good!

I had an awesome dining experience at buddha stix on my trip to dunedin. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a great vibe and the staff were lovely. I had a black pepper tofu dish on a sizzling hotplate and roti with peanut sauce for a starter. Amazing. I would definitely go back here on my next trip!
