Roots Green - Dundalk

The food and coffee were both delicious. However, the service was lacking. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and a great menu.

Wow, I was extremely impressed with the food at this restaurant! On this visit, I tried the Superflat pulled pork sandwich which was delicious. It came on a clandeboye yogurt herb flat bread with Sriracha sauce, cucumber mint raita, and red cabbage slaw - it was unlike anything I've ever had before! Despite not knowing exactly what I was ordering, I have no regrets as it was incredible. The price was very reasonable at €7.45, and I couldn't resist trying the Oreo brownie for dessert, which was served warm and absolutely mouth-watering. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant for a meal, even if you have to go out of your way to get there!

Go to place for lunch with the girls. Healthy, delicious food in generous portions. Outdoor seating√ Bathroom√ Wifi√ The photo is of a salad item and what I love about it is that their salads are not side menus where they toss in some leaves and tomatoes which is the case in many other places. Each of the item on their menu is made with lots of love and care for both the body and the taste buds and you would know it once you try any of the food there.

I got their vegan meal plan just to try and while its good if you're busy and want variety for me though I felt there wasn't enough vegetables. I think I would have liked less rice and more veg. This is prob more of a personal taste as usually I put a lot more in my own dinners. So they were nice for variety and filling.

My family and I (2 adults and two kids under 3) had a wonderful experience at Roots Green a few days ago. From the outside, the restaurant didn't look like much, but the inside was cozy, clean, and the bathrooms were very clean. The staff were all polite and genuinely nice, and they went out of their way to make our experience with the kids as stress-free as possible. It was the kids' first time going out for food in 4 months, and we appreciated the staff not judging us and making it a good experience. The food was absolutely delicious, as were the hot drinks. I am giving one less star because I felt that the menu could use more variety, as there weren't many different choices. Additionally, the front entrance could use some work to make it look more attractive from the outside. Thank you again for a great experience!
