Staff and hotel excellent but not the place to go if you want a quite get away had a terrible night as there was a lot of noise during the night kids screaming doors banging to the point ours was rattling. Breakfast was great. Second hotel I was never asked how was my stay.

Rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean the staff were great and food lovely

Second time my partner I have stayed here and it was amazing as usual. The staff were great and more than helpful. The food was amazing definitely the best steak we have had.

Bit pricey to be honest for what you get. I’ve read some of the other reviews, and have to agree, bar service hit and miss. We stayed 2 nights, but only used the bar and restaurant on the first night, you could see they were under pressure, possibly just short staffed. Got meal before drinks, had to ask several times the waitress for the drinks, went myself to the bar, eventually the shift manager took control and got our drinks. I’m pretty sure we won’t be returning here. It’s not bad bad, but it’s not worth the price.

My experience with the staff was good, no complaining. However, I find it very, very strange that there is only one restaurant in a 4-star hotel in the world where guests have to book for eating. there were no bare foods or other provisions on which we were advised. this was very disappointing, especially when participating in a dance competition and our children were hungry after a long day. that ended with us ordering the pizza from a take. there was no room service on Sunday night.
