Red Lobster - Duncanville

I haven't had a red lobster for years. The food was good. My waiter was Dee and he was amazing.

Food was very good: Ordered the Make Your Own feast, with shrimp scampi and bacon wrapped scallops. The service was average: Ordered a salad, but the entrees came out first, so I cancelled the salad. My husband requested tartar sauce instead of cocktail, but they still brought cocktail sauce, and he had to wait for the tartar sauce to be brought to him. Perhaps the waitstaff was more interested in serving the table near us, which seemed to be occupied by either a current or former coworker and his family.... Everyone that was working that night made sure to make their way over to that table.... Manager did come by to see how we were, and to thank us for stopping by, which was a nice touch and took the edge off the service we received.

Went to have dinner with my family Friday night for endless shrimp. Food was very delicious. On that day they had no soda. Waiter told us it was not working ok fine no problem, i had a lemonade. But the problem is in that picture. When it’s endless shrimp you order all you can eat shrimp, but the waiter never took our empty dirty plates. In this picture i had to eat my scampi on the edge of the table with my drink. And the waiter was the one who put my plate there! And instead of him saying let me move those out the way from you, he never did all he told me was to scoot back on my chair so the food doesn’t fall on my lap. Really?? Never in my life have i had a restaurant who treated me like this. I will not be returning EVER!

Absolutely love, love, love the crab-stuffed shrimp rangoon! The New York strip steak was super juicy and seasoned all the way through. The Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp is delicious and comes with a serving size that is more than fair… I didn’t too much like the white coconut sauce that came with the shrimp tho. I only gave 4 stars because of the white coconut sauce and the French fries were too salty.

Server was the worst server I've ever seen. Didn't bring us a straw or any biscuits, got both my friend's my order wrong. Finally a manager walked by asked if everything was ok we told her no...she went got our order was there when we told him/her it was wrong. Then when he finally brought our check, we had to ask another server to take the card check us out. Really bad experience
