There was six or... read more Ordered four milkshakes online during peak hours thinking it would save me time. Arrived just after the suggested ETA on the confirmation text. There was six or seven people waiting around in the shop to be served. It was a mixture of walk ins and online orders. I had to wait ten minutes before i could confirm mine was an online order, and nothing in that order needed to be cooked. During that time numerous people walked in. Some were served straight away and some were ushered over to the other corner of the shop like me. There was no order to anything and people were picked at random. One older man was waiting 15 minutes for chips. It was more like a circus than a chipper. The kids loved the milkshakes but i will never be going back because this is the second time i have found the service utterly terrible . With give it minus stars if i could

Mozzarella must have been the cheapest available no flavour. Chips in taco chips raw. Taco sauce about 0.5 %mince. Not one bit spicy (do you know what taco chips are guys?? . Kebab all meat and very little salads. Supposedly chilli sauce was sweet with no heat at all. Garlic sauce was watery and obviously from a jar. Guys this is the worst chippers I've ever experienced. Maybe send your staff and management to macaris kilcock for training?
