I noticed the food truck setting up last week and decided to stop by for some Shrimp and Grits, as well as Chicken and Waffles for my son. The Shrimp and Grits were fantastic—definitely a highlight! The grits tasted just like the ones my mother used to make (I've never met anyone who can cook them better), and the shrimp were both plentiful and delicious. My son loved the Chicken and Waffles as well. I'm committed to supporting this place and can't wait to try more items from the menu. I encourage everyone to give it a try and support small businesses in our community!

Although I don't eat grits frequently, the shrimp and grits caught my attention as the perfect dinner choice. The food truck was well-organized, and I was able to enjoy my generous portion within just a few minutes. The grits were tasty, and I really enjoyed the melted cheese. The chopped pepper garnish added a nice pop of color atop the shrimp. Thank you to Memaw's Table for supporting PWCS educators at the PWEA event with your fantastic food. I will definitely be on the lookout for your truck at future local events.

After over an hour of waiting, we were informed that they had run out of food and could no longer serve customers. The young woman who delivered the news was quite rude, adding to our disappointment. Their line was the slowest and longest of all the vendors, clearly unable to manage the crowd. In my opinion, they shouldn't participate in events like this if they aren't properly prepared. To give you an idea of how slow the line was—let's just say it moved slower than pond water! Overall, it was a complete waste of time.
