Employees there must either be miserable, or really like being too warm. Might be the Baskin Robbins freezers that make it too warm.

I stood by the register for at least 10 minutes before they even acknowledged I needed help. For some reason they don't set the mobile order drinks on the counter where you canreach them so I had to sit and wait for my drink which I could see but not reach. When I finally got my drink I took one sip andmy chai latte definitely had coffee instead of tea. Then I had to go back in and stand there for another 5 minutes for them toask if I needed anything else and finally make my tea with tea instead of coffee.

If the employees aren?t going to bring orders out curbside, they need to turn off that option like otherlocations do. This isn?t the first time we?ve had an issue at this location. We won?t be returning.

They had someone running outside to take orders then run back inside to actually place the order to try and move the line faster. Making the line faster came at the sacrifice of our order. She completely botched the order even after repeating it backto us twice. Of course we didn't have the time to turn back around. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I deliver from this place often. People are friendly but the store isn't clean. Seem understaffed and are in a panic rush from just a couple of customers. The I... read more I deliver from this place often. People are friendly but the store isn't clean. Seem understaffed and are in a panic rush from just a couple of customers. The Ice cream has melted and refrozen a few times. The last time I went the ice cream had scoopsof other flavors in each container. Obviously they use the same scoop for all and don't clean it.
