Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Dulwich Hill

We come to this restaurant often and are always satisfied, but today's pizza was simply superb. The pizza had a deliciously thin and crispy crust, with a delightful flavor. The young girl who took our delivery order over the phone was very friendly and efficient, and our food arrived quickly. Overall, we rate our experience a perfect 10/10. Great job!

I ordered the mushroom bacon cream fettuccine, BBQ chicken, garlic bread, and pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, the supplier seemed too distracted on a personal call to acknowledge me when delivering the food. The meal arrived 10 minutes late, which was understandable given potential traffic, but the food was cold. The pasta lacked salt and was very bland. The BBQ chicken was more sweet than smokey. The pizza and garlic bread were enjoyable, but would have been better if they were warmer. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. Most of the food went uneaten, as I can't recall the last time I had such low-quality dishes.

I ordered a 1-meter pizza for my party, and the vegan option was a highlight. I also requested that the food be delivered on time, and they arrived promptly. Thank you, Crust Dulwelhill, for the great service!

Since it obviously changed management, quality deteriorated badly. Pizzas that are not cooked and ordered incorrectly.

When we called up we were told this wasn't possible, then pushed to accept a replacement instead of refund. Manager requested photo evidence (reasonable, but not good service) via email, but failed to acknowledge or process accompanying refund request, even after follow up. Another (prior) vegan pizza also had a meaty taste, and the same sickness I usually get from eating meat. Had no evidence on that occasion, but now seems likely their cross-contamination controls are pretty poor (despite a positive appearance of this being a priority).
