It seems like... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was awful, the customer service was subpar, and my entire order was messed up. It seems like they really need to look into their management. My wing order was incorrect, the fries were old and cold, and I didn’t even receive the drink that was supposed to come with my combo. When I called to complain and request a refund, the manager forgot I was on the line. I had to call back multiple times, only to be told that I couldn’t get a refund unless I returned the food. By the time I realized my order was completely wrong and finally reached someone, I was already over 30 minutes away. The manager showed no remorse whatsoever. This establishment really needs new management. I’ve had great experiences at the WingStop in Smyrna, so I know there are better options out there.

Only thing I can complain about is they didn't fill my drinks even close to full and I couldn't reach them on the phone for a long time to tell them light ice in them. Foods always cooked great and fast.

The chickens were hard, small and dry, and... read more When I walked in, the place was smoky and smelled of degreaser. The cashier wasn't friendly. I paid $26 for 16-piece. The chickens were hard, small and dry, and fries were unappealing and limp (even when I dined in). It was terrible and not yourmoney's worth. The only thing that went right was the ranch dip I got.
