I arrived at the restaurant to meet a couple of fr... read more This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. In fact, I didn't even receive any service at all. I arrived at the restaurant to meet a couple of friends to watch the NFC Championship Game, and it took me 45 minutes to get there. I tried to get a waiter's attention seven times, but was told to order from the bar because one of the waitresses had too many tables. The bartender was also really busy, but I appreciated her kindness. I waited 30 minutes just to get a glass of water. When I tried to order food, another waitress pointed out that my friends had been there for a while, insinuating that I had been there longer than I actually had. I was fed up and expressed my frustration, telling her that I shouldn't have to wait that long for a glass of water and that I was becoming extremely upset. Her response was to apologize and say that dealing with me wasn't worth the two $4 tips I would have left. I waited 30 minutes for water and received nothing but excuses. I don't blame the bartender, as I could see how busy she was, but the waitress I spoke to was incredibly disrespectful. I intend to speak to the manager about this tomorrow afternoon.
