Amy was super helpful with my order I did not get a email on my confirmation order and only had screen shots of my order because I knew something was off. She was very helpful regardless of how busy the store was. Definitely worth coming here.
When I walked in, the place was smoky and smelled of degreaser. The cashier wasn't friendly. I paid $26 for 16-piece. The chickens were hard, small and dry, and fries were unappealing and limp (even when I dined in). It was terrible and not yourmoney's worth. The only thing that went right was the ranch dip I got.
I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. The management and staff were incredibly friendly! As I read through the reviews, I find it hard to grasp the one-star ratings. They must have a new team or something, because I've visited twice in the past two weeks and the food has been outstanding. The manager is one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to.
I've ordered the same thing, Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo wings, from this location three times in a row. Today, September 29th, 2022, the person cooking between 2 PM and 3:30 PM was exceptional. Both flavors had a perfect crispness and were just right in terms of their sauces and seasonings. Everyone should prepare the chicken this way. Whoever you are, you did an amazing job! Thank you for making my lunch, which I'd been craving for days, so enjoyable. It was definitely worth the wait. Wingstop truly has the BEST chicken hands down, without any batter. I love it! Please keep doing this because it's what sets you apart from other chicken places, along with so many other great things!
My order today wasn't great. I got bone-in wings with lemon and Korean spicy flavors, but the lemon flavor was barely there and the wings tasted bland. I also ordered loaded fries, which were soggy and had too much cheese. My last order three weeks ago was perfect and packed with flavor. I'm willing to give this location another chance.

One of my favorite local spots for wings and burgers. They have an excellent variety of food, and I especially enjoy their ranch dressing and tater tots.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was awful, the customer service was subpar, and my entire order was messed up. It seems like they really need to look into their management. My wing order was incorrect, the fries were old and cold, and I didn’t even receive the drink that was supposed to come with my combo. When I called to complain and request a refund, the manager forgot I was on the line. I had to call back multiple times, only to be told that I couldn’t get a refund unless I returned the food. By the time I realized my order was completely wrong and finally reached someone, I was already over 30 minutes away. The manager showed no remorse whatsoever. This establishment really needs new management. I’ve had great experiences at the WingStop in Smyrna, so I know there are better options out there.
I ordered Uber eats from here sometimes. They always have my order correct. Only thing I can complain about is they didn't fill my drinks even close to full and I couldn't reach them on the phone for a long time to tell them light ice in them. Foods always cooked great and fast.
Ordered delivery. They forgot our drinks. Called this restaurant to let them know. Was told by the unhelpful worker, “Did the driver leave them in her car?” Told her I don’t know, I didn’t deliver it. She said that there was nothing she can do, even though I ordered it directly off their website. Food was ice cold, fries were soggy and tasted like they’d been made earlier that afternoon. Ordered Wingstop before so know what it should be and this ain’t it. Terrible service, terrible food, all around terrible experience. $50 just to reheat my food. Avoid this place.
