However, Google Maps only displays one set of hours, and it does not reflect that the drive-thru stays open until midnight.

However, they don’t always include the craft lemonade even though they charge extra for it. My low rating is based entirely on one employee. The women I’ve encountered have been polite enough, but this one young man—tall, light brown-skinned with dreads—is by far the worst. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t greet you, tell you your total, say thank you, or invite you to come again. Instead, he hands your bag and drink to you with an attitude and a stone-cold expression. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but every time I visit this Wendy’s location and get him at the window, it ruins the experience. If he can’t at least pretend to provide good customer service, he shouldn’t be interacting with customers at all. I avoid this Wendy’s solely because of his rudeness. His dead stare makes me uncomfortable. Despite the decent food on the menu, this behavior overshadows the visit.

Before that, I used to stop... read more I visited Wendy’s about a week ago and was initially hesitant since their dining area had been closed for a long time due to COVID. Before that, I used to stop by frequently. I was happy to see that they’ve reopened the dining room, which was very clean. The service was excellent, and it wasn’t crowded at all—I almost felt like I had the whole place to myself. I highly recommend stopping by to reconnect with them. The food was great, the service exceeded the usual standards, and I will definitely return.
