Instead, I decided to try another type of milk tea. The tea was decent, but the boba was a bit loose and sticky, lacking the usual round shape and chewy texture. Perhaps it was because I came closer to closing time.

It would have been a 10/10 experience but it fell short on the customer service , there was no warm welcome nor greeting .
