Nestled in a bustling plaza, this charming boba shop offers an appealing ambiance and a visually delightful menu. While selections like the Rose Grapefruit Tea and matcha pastries receive praise for their flavor and presentation, inconsistent service detracts from the overall experience. Many patrons report rude interactions and a lack of warmth from staff. Drink quality varies, with some finding the boba too soft or flavors bland, while others celebrate the unique taste and innovative seasonal options. For a delightful atmosphere and scrumptious treats, be prepared for potential service challenges.

Was Andres C at Moo Tea a mag?
Normally don't leave reviews but this place deserved it . From the ambiance to the actual product , the drink is very good I got the Rose Grapefruit Tea . It would have been a 10/10 experience but it fell short on the customer service , there was no warm welcome nor greeting . View all feedback.
What Grace L dislikes about Moo Tea:
I had saved this place on yelp to try in the future, but it's awful. I've tried most boba shops in the Atl area and idk how this place got 4 stars. We ordered the coconut mango pomelo slush and the mango pomelo slush with crystal boba. The coconut tasted like coconut slushie with pomelo on top. However, the mango pomelo had a weird powder flavor so i barely drank it. It's the first time that i threw a drink away. I t... View all feedback.
A friend recommended the taro sago milk tea to me, but unfortunately, the store had run out of taro by the time I arrived at 3pm. Instead, I decided to try another type of milk tea. The tea was decent, but the boba was a bit loose and sticky, lacking the usual round shape and chewy texture. Perhaps it was because I came closer to closing time.
I was disappointed with the cakes at this restaurant. The fresh cream lacked flavor, and the cake itself was bland. It does not compare to other Korean bakeries in the JC/Duluth area such as White Windmill or Paris Baguette.
Like the mochi pork floss roll, the purple rice mochi bread and Durian box cake.though expensive. The taro milk tea is not good.
Quiet disappointment. The taste of the bread are fine, BUT The price of breads here is ridiculous expensive. May not come back again.
