My order is always correct and the l... read more I always have a good experience at this dunkin ! The employees are so nice and they take the time to listen to your order . My order is always correct and the line is never long around 6pm when I’m on the way to work . I pass three different locations just to go this one by the way .

We s... read more Ordered some hot lattes and pull up to the window and heard a total that sounded too low so asked and worked rudely said you said hot coffee no we didn 't. We said latte. And getting the order wrong would 've been fine it was the rude attitude he tookof trying to tell us we ordered the wrong thing. Why would we have verified once the total sounded too low?! Then to top itoff they didn 't even make us lattes they added hot milk to the coffee and passed it off as a lattes. If we weren 't on a tighttime schedule would 've gone in to complain again. Would NEVER recommend this location.

I?ve been to this location a couple of times and i find it absolutely unacceptable how the manager just has one of their employees manning the WHOLE store. i we... read more I?ve been to this location a couple of times and i find it absolutely unacceptable how the manager just has one of their employees manning the WHOLE store. i went in there today to order 2 medium coffees and had to wait almost 30 minutes because agirl with big puffy hair and glasses had to make food and man the front counter and the drive through all by herself and she wasclearly stressed but who can blame her. while there was this girl who i?m almost certain was the manager just kept ing walkingin and out the back without helping the poor girl. dunkin do better. someone needs to fire that manager and speak to her boss.ive come here on multiple instances and seen one employee in the whole store. no one person can run a whole store this isridiculous.
