As usual the staff was nice, prompt, and courteous! The lobby was clean as always and just the overall experience one comes to expect fromChick-fil-A!

I'm seeing orders bigger than mi... read more Currently sitting in the drive-thru. Cars in front of me, cars behind me and on the side of me received their orders before me. I'm seeing orders bigger than mine coming out. I didn't order anything out of the ordinary. 3 items, yet I'm the only one askedto pull to the side. And wait another 5 minutes. No apologies or explanation. This is the first time I've been to this locationsince they upgraded. Won't be back.

Unfortunat... read more I really dislike having to give Chick-fil-A a negative review because I genuinely love their food and have always had positive experiences—until now. Unfortunately, at this location, we’ve had three instances where they forgot items from our order. Most recently, we ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, two fries, and a cool wrap, but they only brought out the cool wrap. My husband had to go inside to inform them, and even then, they still didn't get it right the second time; we were still missing a sandwich. To make matters worse, one of the managers handed us the order in the drive-thru. After experiencing this three times, we’ve decided not to return to this location. It's frustrating that my overall perception of Chick-fil-A has been affected. Ugh!
