Being an avid whisky drinker.This was one of my to-do things in Dullstroom at the top of my list.What an amazing place I think they have around 1700 various whisky to choose from.After browsing through the menus. I asked if I could choose from the bar instead of the groupings on the menu. Pascal, I hope I am spelling your name correctly. Was very knowledgeable and passionate about his whisky.He is definitely in the right job.I wanted to try various whisky that I have not tried before. So, with Pascal's guidance, I went with Auchentohan 12 yr: Jura Seven Wood: Edradour 10yr:Tamdhu 13yr: Balvenie Carribean Cask 14yr: GlenAllachie 58, 15yr. What an experience. When I go to Dullstoom again.I will definitely be popping in again to try other whisky.They also have Tequilas,Gin and Rum Brandy tastings as well. Highly recommended.

We did the whiskey and rum taste. They literally take you through the story of how its made. I highly recommend it. It can get full so reservations are recommended. Masks is required on entry. And their coffee is amazing.
