The lasagne was very avg. Will try them next time again.

Love the atmosphere and just finishing a bottle of wine with your food and enjoying great company. Great gin cocktails!

They informed us that orders were cut... read more We arrived in Dullstroom late one night and called Mayfly on the way to ensure we would make it before the kitchen closed. They informed us that orders were cut off at 21:00, but we were able to make it just in time. The staff at Mayfly were exceptional - they took our drink orders promptly and allowed us to take our time with our food choices. The food was prepared quickly, without compromising on taste or value. The menu offered a wide range of options to choose from. The staff even went the extra mile to accommodate our request to watch the rugby match, with one staff member checking with another establishment to see if they would be showing it. Despite arriving late, we never felt pressured or rushed, which was greatly appreciated from the management and staff.

We placed a simple order for 4 adults and one... read more My family and I went to this restaurant for lunch/brunch on Saturday, March 12, 2022. It was a complete disaster. We placed a simple order for 4 adults and one child, but ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. When we inquired about our order, we were told it would take another 10 minutes. The food finally arrived, we quickly ate, and left. I don't have high expectations when dining out, but this experience was unacceptable. There was no service, no apology, and we had to deal with multiple different waiters before our food was served. I will not be supporting this restaurant again.
