This was the second time we went to order subway from this location and this time they really messed up, we got a foot long veggie sub when we had been charged... read more This was the second time we went to order subway from this location and this time they really messed up, we got a foot long veggie sub when we had been charged for Mexicali and ordered that as well. When we went in to order, my husband asked them if coupons can be used for any and they said yes, however when we went to check out, the lady said no, my husband is not the confrontation type person so he went ahead and paid for it. We go home, check our subs and my sub was only vegetables with Mayo, I was upset so I took it back. The older lady attended me and I told her we had received someone 's order as there was no meat in the sub; she argued that yes there is chicken as she sees chicken in there. So I asked her I may have been mistaken, can I please see the sandwich as I will take it back and she wold not give me the sub back, she kept saying yes it 's there. So I went to side glass window and asked her to show me, she goes it 's usually on the bottom and then she goes oh yea there is no meat , in my head I 'm like lady you are arguing with me on something you guys messed up on. I was respectful and patient, she kept talking and I politely asked her to make my sandwich so I can leave. Oh yea I also had my receipt and she asked if this is my receipt, I told her yes why would I bring anyone else 's receipt. But oh man the worse worse experience. This place needs to train their employees. Will never go here.

When I asked her to do so, she just grabbed a drop of sanitizer for the sake, that's it. Shewas very rude and impatient while taking order.
