We had a fantastic dinner for my husbands birthday. Our server Vanessa was prompt, courteous, and outstanding. Constantly making sure we were well taken care of. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such great service and she was a gem. Jason was our chef, and coincidentally, it was his first go as a chef. He did an outstanding job and prepared our food perfectly. Highly recommend them both. View all feedback.
What Ryan B doesn't like about Benihana:
Service was terrible. Attention to repeatedly communicated allergies was embarrassing. 3 minutes after acknowledging a dairy and egg allergy (in writing and verbally) the chef line the grill with butter, cooked zucchini, and placed it on her plate. Drink orders took 10-15 minutes. Dessert orders for those in the bathroom were plainly skipped. View all feedback.
I dined at this restaurant with my friends on February 2, 2024. The food was fantastic and the hosts and manager were very accommodating. It was a total awesome evening and I will definitely be returning soon!

I would give zero stars for the customer service at this restaurant. The reservation process was easy with a 4-star rating, but the customer service was just awful. There was plenty of room available, which now makes sense why.
Literally so good, still hot, perfect amount of chicken, probably one of the best times ive doordashd this rice!!
Food is tasteless, ginger sauce for salad missing. Charged for steak and chicken but no steak. Chicken is same as what subway serves as chicken. Deception!
