Super fast delivery and the food was absolutely lovely, thanks.
Excellent food delivered pipping hot! Delicious!
We 've ordered today a meal from this fast food service. Having received our order it is apparent that the chicken is not correctly cooked, it is pink in places. We contacted the service and they have accused us of lying about the quality of the food that any food that would be a replacement would be the same quality then when I asked for a refund they claimed they wouldn 't send it today then changed their mind that they would refund in their own time when the driver is in the area and they want the chicken for the driver to see before the refund then changed their mind again claiming they would have to be in contact with just eat to be able to give a refund. All in all this took us three phone calls to achieve and I 'm left wondering exactly what 's going on. I feel the customer service is atrocious and most frightening of all she advised me that the reason she knew the chicken was cooked is because they have re heated it!!! I have complained to just eat.
