The waitress wasnt able to answer questions w... read more I have been here twice before and sadly this place had slid downhill, from what were really enjoyable experiences. The waitress wasnt able to answer questions we had about the menu, she did go back and ask which we didnt mind. One of our party wasnt able to eat their whole meal, they asked for a takeaway box and basically got laughed at by the manager and other guests in the restaurant. We were then charged to take our food away (monies went to charity)! Happy to make a voluntary donation to charity rather than be made to! We ordered a bottle of wine for our table, the waitress went to get it and then returned with two (nearly spilling over the rim) glasses of wine there were more than 2 people on our table so unsure of how she thought that was the right way to do it? Food wasnt as tasty as before but we ate anyway. The owner wasnt around to raise our concerns, not that we think it would have made much difference. The bill arrived, we paid and left. Definitely will not be returning.

Huge portions, great presentation, lovely staff, definitely recommend!
