Our restaurant offers a gourmet dining experience during term time (excluding special event nights). We are open Wednesday and Thursday evenings with seating times at 6.45pm, 7.00pm, or 7.15pm. Additionally, we are open Monday to Friday for breakfast, brunch, or lunch from 08.00-14.00. Pre-booking is required to dine at our establishment. Our talented Catering students, under the guidance of Head Chef Simon, will prepare delicious meals for you to enjoy. Our Hospitality students will provide excellent service and ensure your visit is memorable. Occasionally, our students may feel nervous, but rest assured that there will be managers on duty to maintain the quality of service. We appreciate the support shown to our students and the Bistro, and we are excited to welcome you.

Last weekend we held our baptism in the bistro. I have to say that we don't know it was there, it was a big sound! the personal with which we all have very helpful and very much to do from beginning to end. special thanks to the chef simon was nothing too much annoyed for him, he would go with us through every detail, not only on the food. we got out of here tomorrow and left free at the end! eating was amazing and compliments still today about the beautiful variety of foods not their standard party. we would have a different function here in future.

We had a fantastic experience at Bistro 63 today. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, and we all had a wonderful time. The kids especially loved the animal petting corner and Christmas crafts. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
