We walked into the restaurant, found our spot, looked at the menu, and went to place our order. As we approached the checkout, we were greeted by Louey, who was incredibly friendly and even gave us a hug. He took our orders and was happy to accommodate any substitutions we requested without any hesitation. The service was flawless and everyone we encountered, including Sam and Jade, was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Even though the manager was away on holiday, the team handled everything with ease. The atmosphere at the Glassworks is always fantastic, no matter the time or day, and the food is consistently great. If there is ever an issue, they make it right without any fuss. We had a wonderful birthday celebration there and will definitely be returning, as we have never had a bad experience at this restaurant.
My friends and I had a wonderful lunch outing at this restaurant. The food was delicious and served very quickly. Our server, Luey, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We had a fantastic time.
Sam provides exceptional service every time we visit this restaurant. We always look forward to delicious meals here. My partner and I never have any complaints.

The food was excellent, portions were huge and I would highly recommend the dough balls!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also attended the quiz which was good fun.
