As we approached the checkout, we were greeted by Louey, who was incredibly friendly and even gave us a hug. He took our orders and was happy to accommodate any substitutions we requested without any hesitation. The service was flawless and everyone we encountered, including Sam and Jade, was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Even though the manager was away on holiday, the team handled everything with ease. The atmosphere at the Glassworks is always fantastic, no matter the time or day, and the food is consistently great. If there is ever an issue, they make it right without any fuss. We had a wonderful birthday celebration there and will definitely be returning, as we have never had a bad experience at this restaurant.
