They just need to stop rushing through customers and understand no matter how busy they are, THE CUSTOMERS ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!! The service was friendly and everything was just as I ordered. My fries were incredibly crispy, and my burgers were piping hot. They also made sure I had plenty of napkins and sauce, which was an added bonus.
The restaurant needs to slow down and remember that, no matter how busy they are, customers are real people! They seem to be rushing through service during peak hours, quickly mentioning prices with smiles but never actually making eye contact. This behavior can be quite off-putting for many patrons. Regardless of the rush, customers should never feel like they're just a number or an order. They should remember that customer service is what they signed up for; it's about making genuine connections, not just going through the motions like a robot!
The fries are always served fresh and hot. I appreciate it if you continue to wear gloves while serving. Thank you; it's all about respect.
