Was Bernardo Schamberger at Grady's Barbecue . a mag?
Great prices (cash only), nice staff. However, my BBQ sandwich was full of gristle, and the French fries (big thick ones) were limp and barely cooked. The banana pudding was good. The flavor of the BBQ itself was good, but it needed more sauce added to it. Okay but not the best. View all feedback.

Absolutely wonderful Eastern North Carolina chopped whole hog barbecue. The meat is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of wood smoke. The sauce compliments the bbq like a match made in heaven. The staff is super friendly and attentive too. 5 starts to Grady’s!
