Was Kip Rogahn at Heart a mag?
Service was excellent, and the new restaurant was very nicely decorated. Even thought this restaurant is tucked away in Scarborough Faire without much of a view, it was well lit and inviting. Our group selected the fresh local seafood selections and the pappardelle was wonderful. We hope Heart lives to see another summer so we can visit again. View all feedback.

Noise level was high with a musician playing loudly and “groupies” who follow the entertainer. The staff was concerned, helpful and pleasant. They were the outstanding feature. Great new addition to Duck. Our server was terrific and the food excellent.
I went to dinner with my boyfriend for our last night in the outer banks. We both had a cocktail, super fresh and delicious. Then Caesar salads. For our entrees I got a pesto pasta and shrimp special and my boyfriend got the paradise burger which was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Finally we ended the night with the Apple heart dessert, with homemade vanilla ice cream it was delicious!
The service was great and the food very good This is my fourth or fifth time here and I am never disappointed
Great search for a new local restaurant in Duck. Everything was very happy. attentive staff, good atmosphere and good food. Would definitely recommend it and will certainly return to our next visit.
