I experienced a pizza mix-up at the restaurant, but they resolved it immediately. Knowing that I live quite far away, they not only gave me the correct pizza for free but also let me keep the incorrect one. While I waited, they offered me a complimentary drink and some coupons. Despite being a busy day for them, they truly valued my time and made an extra effort to provide excellent customer service. I really appreciated their kindness and attention!

Best Caseys in town. Great staff. Management is very nice! Store is always clean. I recommend this to all.
