I let the cashier know I was redeeming my rewards, so they scanned my phone and took my card. They handed me my food and my card, and I left. After checking my card, I saw I was charged the full price. When I checked my bag, I noticed I received the wrong order. I attempted to reach customer service and ended up on hold for 30 minutes. I called three different Wendy’s customer service numbers but couldn’t get any help. I also tried calling the store four times over the next hour, only to be greeted by a robotic message stating that nobody was available and to try again later. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, so I decided to go inside. The guy who took my order kept walking by me without addressing the situation, until finally a girl from the back came over and asked what I was waiting for. She quickly put my order together while he continued to wander around aimlessly. I won’t be coming back again.
