Not impressed with this location. 6pm on a Friday and they were out of 3 different beers we asked for. With an extremely limited beer menu, being out if a single drink is a heavy ding let alone 3 entering a weekend. Figured id get an appetizer and asked forcheese curds... out as well : service is REALLY slow and they aren't busy at all. Picture shows a lack of curds lol.
Stopped in for dinner while staying at a hotel across the river. I must say this is a great place for food and a cold brew. Highly recommend the deep fried pickles! The service was fantastic too! Many thanks! Cheers!
Fantastic evening to stop in, make a reservation or put your name in while you stroll the blvd. Three floors available and outside seating. Quaint house turned foodery. Friendly and quick food service. Make it a date night. Tacos and burgers weregreat and the sauce stuck to the wings, yum.
We reserved a couple of tables downstairs for a staff game night. It felt like we were in someone's coxy luxurious basement game room but with a bartender and full menu ???? The service was excellent. Everyone had a blast!
Stopped by for a quick meal while visiting Dublin for a few days. There were a lot of options on North High Street, but wanted something casual while watching some of the World Series. Although I came without any reservations and it was pretty crowded, they were very accommodating and pulled an extra chair up to the bar for me. Bartender (think Jesse) immediately came over witha menu and take my drink order. I tried their Seasonal Seltzer. It was very light, crisp, refreshing, and crystal clear aswater. Ordered the North High Chicken (grilled) with the North High Fries. A regular (Ryan) was sitting next to me andinsisted on ordering some of the Fried Pickle Chips. I'm not a big fan of fried pickles, but I see why he recommended them. They were completely different than most fried pickles as had a nice crisp without being soggy or just tasting like batter. Iwould recommend them as well. The Chicken Sandwich was good as well. It had a nice charred crisp with the usual toppings, buthad candied bacon and served on a potato bun. The fries were good and generously topped with cheese, bacon, salsa, etc Thiswas a nice place to have a casual, yet good, meal over a drink. Service was great from the hostess to the bartender. Willdefinitely come back next time I'm in Dublin.
