I'm shocked. the management has failed this location. it took us 15 minutes at the front of the line, even order. that is unacceptable. wendy’s, do them better. View all feedback.
I just discovered that is the person working there is the one with the problem (I believe he is the manager). I would go during the day and when he would work I would always have a problem. Specially, because I place my orders on the app, there is an option where you pay 30 cents for a cup of cheese and then you can actually click for extra cheese at no extra cost. I believe that they have moved this guy to the night, because today I am working a late shift and I placed an order. Tell me why i am paying an extra 30 cents for a half filled cup of cheese and i did not get the extra one. Dude told me I only paid for one. Just look at the picture. I finished the cup of cheese and my fries are still not even half way done. As you can see in the pic, my finger is half way in the cup and that is what you pay 30 cents for? Is not the 30 cents. Is the belief that you can go pick up your food and go back to work and be able to enjoy it.

50 minutes before listed close at 11:10pm, with plenty of cars in the drive thru, they wouldn’t take my order bc they’re ‘closed’. Make it make sense. Love wasting 30 minutes of driving for nothing thanks Wendy’s :
I was shopping tonight and was super thirsty. I love Wendys has the opportunity to get flavored drinks like my favorite strawberry Dr. Pepper and I stopped getting one. There was a person in front of me and I didn't think I waited long or something, but the manager at the service gave me my drink at the house. I wish I noticed his name. It was a small gesture, but so sweet and very appreciated. Customer service is definitely missing in these days, but it is an stellar example. Thank you.
It's Wendys. You get exactly what you expect. Here are several times and the service is quite fast, the food is hot, the people are friendly.
