This restaurant offers delicious food, but your experience heavily depends on the timing of your visit. Since gaining popularity for their ice treats, particularly rolled ice, the service for dine-in customers has suffered during busy periods, especially on hot days when crowds flock for ice. On one occasion, the service was quite poor because they had replaced most of their old staff with new employees, and they completely forgot to provide us with forks and plates after our food was served. However, on other visits, I had a much better experience. Overall, while the service can occasionally be lacking, the food and ice cream are quite good.

The chicken wings and fries appetizer was fairly standard, but it served its purpose as a light snack while we waited for the rice pot. When it comes to dessert, we tried the banana and Nutella basket, which was a delightful, generously sized dish loaded with bananas and drizzled with a generous amount of Nutella. We also ordered the mango-flavored shaved ice, and my opinion is mixed. While the shaved ice didn't exactly taste like mango ice cream, it still had a creamy texture reminiscent of ice cream, making it quite enjoyable. However, the mango and sago toppings were disappointing; the quantity felt lacking. I expected a bit more of both, especially since the bowl was quite large. Ultimately, I would have preferred a bigger serving.

Great food, good part, a little tight in the room. This is definitely not a family-oriented restaurant. Its more of snack shop, served crepes (both sweet and salty), snowflake shaving ice cream, fried food (frries, chicken wings), and some choice of milk tea. However, they have rice plates and noodles on their menu with basic sauce (white cream sauce, tomato sauce). The article I like on the menu is the shaved ice cream. Milk turf ice, that's it. Very tasteful, not like the American type (frozen water), with taste in the ice and smooth silky texture. I really don't know how to freeze the ice block and then shave with a machine to create the silky texture. Then transfer the razor ice cream with various blows such as red bean, various types of boba, jelly and naturally sweet condensed milk. Must have a visit every time.

I had only two things here, but so far so good! The snow is a fantastic concoction of icy, milky and fruity. The wings were good. The place is a little small and has a minimum fee per person so caution!

Very good ice cream, must try matcha flavor!!
