Koja Kitchen - Dublin
Koja Kitchen
Description
Koja Kitchen, a beloved eatery with roots as a food truck, offers dishes that both impress and disappoint. While standout favorites like the Crispy Chicken Bowl and Korean short ribs receive praise for their flavors, inconsistency in portion sizes leaves some diners underwhelmed. Customer service has also drawn criticism, with several patrons reporting unwelcoming interactions and order mishaps. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and delicious offerings tempt many to return. While the food often shines, the service experience remains a crucial factor that could influence future visits.

I had a similar experience to previous reviews. I decided to order through the in-store kiosk because it seemed like the staff were ignoring us. Although we received a text saying our order was ready, it took an additional 10 minutes to actually get our food. The service was practically non-existent and the food was overcooked. I would recommend avoiding this location until they improve their service.
Had a similar experience to some of the reviews below. I ordered via kiosk in-store because it seemed like the workers were actively avoiding us. Received a text that our order was ready, but it took another 10 minutes to actually receive the food. The service was pretty much non-existent.The food was over cooked as well. I’d avoid this location until it works out its wrinkles.
They now include a mandatory 3% service charge on every order. This is hidden in the tax field of the kiosk. I don't support deceptive pricing and their dining room still feels like COVID.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and if you come across their food truck, it's a great option. Although prices are on the higher side, the wait times are only around 10 minutes for a delicious meal. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
