The service at this IHOP was very disappointing. Although my friend and I arrived before the busy period, we ended up waiting longer than those who came in after us. My requests were met with skepticism, and settling the bill turned into a frustrating experience. Despite the staff seeming experienced, they had difficulty with simple tasks like splitting the check. This visit has made me hesitant to come back to this particular IHOP.
Excellent and tasty brunch. The pancakes were incredibly soft, especially with the fresh blueberries on top!
I have dined at IHOP several times and generally enjoyed their food, but my experience yesterday was disappointing. The Tilapia dish I ordered appeared dry and unappealing. Before our server placed it on the table, I asked if I could change my order to a 2-egg breakfast instead. The server kindly agreed and brought me the eggs, which were decent, but the hash browns were hard and had an odd smell. While our server provided good service, the rest of the meal left much to be desired.
The menu at IHOP no longer offers a nice selection of syrups, leaving only the old-fashioned option. The service here is mediocre.
I was disappointed with the takeout experience at this restaurant. The burger was quite greasy and undercooked, though I do appreciate that it was pink in the middle as I had requested. Moreover, two items were missing from my order. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I don’t intend to return in the future.
