16-bit +arcade - Dublin
16-bit +arcade
Description
Retro arcade-bar blends vintage arcade play, paid duckpin bowling and a solid drink program (craft beers, cocktails and mocktails) in a friendly, nostalgic setting. Complimentary arcade access with drink purchase and free parking nearby make it a strong choice for groups and early-evening family visits.
Children are welcome until 8pm; the venue shifts to 21+ after that (enforcement can vary), and it is cashless—occasional noise when family and adult hours overlap is possible.

Good if you like 80s-90s stuff. Me I grown tired of retro businesses or bringing back the old stuff like the brand new 80s movies or even time travel to that time. I think it's been over done. The place itself is nice and very friendly. Never had issues with the games, finding a table or anything. It's very well made. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3
I genuinely enjoy this place, even more so since they replaced the hot dog place with Mikey’s late night slice. My only complaint is skee ball. I’ve been going here off and on since they opened and every time it’s the same thing: the 100 point goals don’t all register. Is this something that keeps breaking or has no one bothered to have it fixed? I know it’s free, but y’all have the audacity to post arcade high scores directly behind the skee ball lanes, when the most important skee ball goals don’t all work. Please make it make sense. SO FUN! what a cute idea! I absolutely love that this has a more adult Dave Buster's feel to it. Especially with all the retro games and arcades! Only bummer was that the ski-ball machines were closed down, probably for risk of COVID and the difficulty of keeping the balls sanitary, ect. We did see someone walking around sanitizing the gaming controllers, so we figured the ski-balls might not be so easy to quickly sanitize. I LOVE that there's a HUGE section of free games! There's also games for purchase on the other side, along with miniature bowling (which I had never seen! Their happy hour is actually pretty good too! M-F until 7pm $2 off drafts! I forget the other specials, because all we cared about was the drafts. Other bummer is that there's not food, BUT... they do allow food to be brought in. I was also told by some friends that they usually have food trucks right outside when it's nice out and they keep the garage doors open so people can come and go as they please (which sounds SO NICE! Was a bit surprised that on a Friday night they weren't busier. We showed up at about 5:45-6pm-ish and it really wasn't busy at all. We were able to freely walk around and have access to a bunch of games and arcades. Would definitely recommend this place!

What a fun spot to visit in Dublin!! There was a large variety of activities and something for everyone. Pinball and Giant Jenga were our favorites! : Appreciated the vast amount of seating and menu options. Also just a beautiful area in general to explore. Will definitely be back! Price per person: $10–20
