Feedback
The restaurant is situated in a great location, but needs some modernization. The food quality varies, with some dishes being delicious while others lack flavor. The service can be hit or miss, with some staff members providing excellent service while others fall short. Overall, the restaurant has potential to be a nice dining spot with some updates and fine-tuning. Despite mixed reviews, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. With some improvements, this restaurant could become a standout spot in the area for both locals and visitors.
The food was tasteful, and delicious. Fantastic beer (I appreciated the Smithwicks one, in particular). The staff was very kind and available, the service so quick
The Fish and Chips here are incredibly tasty. The prices are fair. I would definitely return.
Located in a fantastic spot, this restaurant fell short of expectations. The staff were friendly but the venue could use some updates. The food, in particular, needs improvement - fresh ingredients are a must, no frozen vegetables or prawns. The fish lacked flavor and the sauce was underwhelming. With some modernization and menu revitalization, there is potential for this to become a great restaurant.
The menu at Upper Deck offers delicious food, though the service could use some improvement. Nonetheless, the staff remain friendly and polite throughout the experience.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this delightful restaurant. The ambiance was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lamb shank served with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was the perfect ending to a dreary Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend giving it a try!
