Touzai - Dublin
Touzai
Description
The hotel restaurant at Crowne Plaza offers a mixed dining experience. While some guests praise the attentive staff and enjoyable meals like Singapore Noodles and loaded burger, others found the food lacking in flavor, creativity, and quality. The service received mixed reviews, with long waiting times mentioned. Prices were considered high compared to other options. Yet, the ambiance was appreciated by guests who had a positive experience. Despite a temporary closure, the breakfast buffet at Touzai was well-liked, featuring a variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience varied but some patrons left happy with the attentive service and good food.

The serving staff were very helpful, and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. I enjoyed a delicious Singapore noodle dish with shrimp and chicken. So tasty!
I'm not sure why an airport hotel in Dublin would have an Asian-themed restaurant. The breakfast was traditional, though. The overall menu and food were decent, but the restaurant was busy, and the seating along the side was somewhat uncomfortable.
I have to admit that I might have picked a dish that didn’t quite suit my taste, which influenced my overall experience. That said, since this was only my first visit, I’m open to giving Touzai another try next time I’m in Dublin, especially as I usually enjoy Asian cuisine. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was excellent. Although I can’t fully recommend Touzai based on this one visit, I have no complaints—the service was top-notch, the food was well-prepared, and the portions were generous.
