Was Anonym at Touzai a mag?
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for our last night in Dublin and ate at Touzai. The three of us were happy with our meals, which featured tasty Singapore Noodles with a mild spicy kick and satisfying loaded burgers. We also enjoyed Orchard Thieves ciders with our food. Our server, Aga, was attentive and quick to check on us throughout the meal. Including drinks, a shared starter of chicken goujons, and our main dishes,... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Touzai:
The service at Touzai was slow and somewhat chaotic, creating a rather cold atmosphere. The dishes were mediocre and didn’t quite live up to the hotel's usual standards. On top of that, the prices felt steep compared to other restaurants. View all feedback.

Helpful serving staff; lots of GF options. I had a very tasty Singapore noodle dish with shrimp and chicken. Yum!

I do have to be honest and say I may have chosen a dish that didn’t suit my taste, and that affected my overall experience. However, considering this was just one visit, I'm willing to give them another chance next time I'm in Dublin, especially since I generally enjoy Asian cuisine. The atmosphere was appealing, and the service was outstanding. While I can’t fully endorse Touzai based on my limited experience, I can't fault them either; the service was great, the food was well-prepared, and the portions were generous.

I'm not sure why an airport hotel in Dublin would have an Asian-themed restaurant. The breakfast was traditional, though. The overall menu and food were decent, but the restaurant was busy, and the seating along the side was somewhat uncomfortable.

It’s refreshing to discover a hotel restaurant near the airport that doesn’t just serve generic, mediocre food, which is often the case with airport dining options. This place offers a selection of Indonesian and Thai dishes that are packed with flavor; the Nasi Goreng and the Thai hot and sour soup were both deliciously spicy and rich, made with fresh stock. The service was outstanding and really uplifted the mood of weary travelers. The manager took great care of us just before closing, and we truly appreciated how quickly and well they brought us our food! The hotel itself deserves an A+ rating among airport accommodations. So, why aren’t US Crown Plazas equipped with dining options this impressive?
