We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for our last night in Dublin and ate at Touzai. The three of us were happy with our meals, which featured tasty Singapore Noodles with a mild spicy kick and satisfying loaded burgers. We also enjoyed Orchard Thieves ciders with our food. The lamb with vegetables is delicious, but the price is a bit high.
The service at Touzai was satisfactory, and the menu offered a unique variety of dishes. We tried an appetizer and two main courses, but unfortunately, they fell short of our expectations. It might be more enjoyable to eat at the bar instead.
We received a call informing us that the main restaurant was temporarily closed and asked if we would be open to dining in the lobby area, which turned out to be Touzai. Although we had some initial reservations, everything was clearly explained. We were also celebrating a special occasion. Justin greeted us at the reception and had a lovely table prepared for us. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was delightful. The menu featured a diverse range of dishes. Our server, Dustin from Mumbai, was exceptional—knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient, and engaging. Overall, it was a wonderful evening! Thank you to the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
I'm not sure why an airport hotel in Dublin would have an Asian-themed restaurant. The breakfast was traditional, though. The overall menu and food were decent, but the restaurant was busy, and the seating along the side was somewhat uncomfortable.
