There, I stumbled upon a rest... read more I recently visited Dublin for the second time and decided to venture outside of the city center to the delightful town of Rathgar. There, I stumbled upon a restaurant called The Revolution. Located just a short walk or taxi ride away, the atmosphere at The Revolution is truly unique and authentic. The owner, Paul, is a first-time restaurant owner who takes great pride in ensuring that every customer has a fantastic food and dining experience. The staff were fantastic as well. Whether you're dining solo at the bar near the pizza oven and being entertained by Adriano, or with a group of four, I highly recommend this place. They pay attention to the smallest details and I will definitely be returning!
